Course Description: Advanced Welding Certification

This course is designed for advanced welders seeking certification in one or more core welding techniques.

Course Objectives

Participants will be prepared for the AWS certification test based on the specific code they are working under. Earning certifications enhances a welder’s skill set and opens opportunities for a wider range of welding jobs.

Prerequisites

• Must be an experienced welder.
• Ability to pass a basic skills test.

• D1.1 SMAW (Stick)
• D1.1 GMAW (MIG)
• D1.1 GTAW (TIG)
• D1.1 FCAW (Flux Core)
